Swaddle 14-Day Returns Policy
We really hope you love your order, but we understand sometimes things just aren’t quite right. That’s why we offer a simple, no-fuss 14-day return policy in line with UK distance selling regulations.
How it works
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
- To start a return, just email us at hello@swaddle.org.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to send back.
- Once you’ve let us know, you’ll then have another 14 days to pop the item(s) back in the post to us.
Important things to know
- Return postage is your responsibility – we recommend using a tracked service so your parcel reaches us safely.
- Items need to be returned in the same condition you received them (unworn/unused and with any tags or packaging intact).
- As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
- We don’t offer exchanges – if you’d like something else, the easiest way is to place a new order.
Refund timing
Refunds usually show in your account within 5–7 working days of us processing your return (bank times may vary).
Faulty or incorrect items
If we’ve sent you something faulty or by mistake (oops – sorry about that!), of course we’ll cover the return postage and get it sorted quickly.
