- Orders are placed through our website.
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A contract between us forms only when we send this confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if there’s a pricing error, stock issue, or other genuine reason.

4. Prices & Payment

- All prices are shown in £GBP.
- Delivery costs are added at checkout.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout using the payment methods shown.

5. Delivery

- We dispatch orders within 3 working days.
- All orders are sent via 48-hour tracked service.
- Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

- You have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We do not offer exchanges – if you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

- Make sure someone is available to receive your parcel or provide a safe place option (where available).
